Everyone has a story. This story of where we’ve been is powerful and contributes to our journey in the present and the future. Struggles in the here and now can become lighter by having support and a place to reflect on where you want your journey to take you. In hearing your story, I hope to help you to feel seen, heard, and valued no matter where life has taken you.

I believe that all people have worth and strengths. I hope to help to uplift strengths and work through the areas of life that are challenging by using a multifaceted approach. By removing shame and judgment that are so common in our society today, we can begin to work through the hurt of the past to find what is needed to have the healthiest future possible.

I work with both children and adults and look forward to learning what makes each client unique. I strive to provide a safe and supportive space by building trust and fostering compassion. I hope to empower you to give yourself grace for the times when life has been hard and work to see the potential of who you could be.

In my therapy approach, I work from a strengths-focused, person-centered, and trauma-informed lens to help people learn to value what makes them who they are at their core. I am a Certified Advanced Practice Social Worker who received a Master of Social Work Degree in Mental Health Care Practice from the University of Wisconsin. I utilize a variety of evidence-based treatment methods including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, art/play therapy, and many more. Through these approaches, I hope to foster growth and healing to embrace the best parts of the past while letting go of the aspects that are no longer serving you.

I am available to see clients in Oshkosh, Oshkosh area schools, and Ripon.
